Key cases/experience – representative matters

Cross-Border Loan and Security Transaction

A loan involved guarantors in Singapore and Perth, with secured properties in Western Australia and the ACT. Execution, verification of identity and certification requirements had to be coordinated across locations and time zones.

Multi-Property Finance Transaction

A cash-out and purchase transaction involved multiple properties, guarantors and independent advice requirements, together with extensive purchase, transfer and lease documentation.

Seven-Lender Syndicated Transaction

A syndicated transaction involving seven lenders required review of multiple purchase documents, trust arrangements and coordinated execution by each lender.
