Delays, uncertainty or fragmented advice can greatly affect outcomes once a loan is in distress.

Our experience running complex and contested recoveries can aid us in identifying pressure points early and control recovery strategy as matters progress.

We act for lenders and capital providers when loans move into default, providing coordinated enforcement strategies, recovery execution and litigation capability.

Property & Debt Recovery

Management of possession proceedings, property recovery, debtor engagement and negotiated outcomes, with a focus on maintaining procedural clarity as matters develop.

Litigation & Enforcement

Representation in contested enforcement, judicial sale, priority disputes, fraud claims and related litigation across Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions.

Default Strategy

Clear, commercially grounded guidance on options, obligations and next steps once a loan falls into default. We help lenders and capital providers understand their position early and plan enforcement accordingly.
