Specialists built
for private credit

Summer Lawyers is led by senior practitioners with deep experience in private credit, enforcement and insolvency. Our team is purpose‑built for non-bank and private lending, working exclusively with lenders, capital providers and investors.

A specialist approach ensures each team member works within clearly defined practice areas, bringing depth, consistency and practical insight to every matter.

Experience where
it matters most

Our experience is deeply rooted in private credit. Many of our senior lawyers have spent years advising clients through defaults, contested enforcement and distressed scenarios.

That experience informs not only how we approach recovery, but how we advise on advances and insolvency matters up- and downstream.
